Refund policy

At Micro Chimie, we take great pride in the quality and packaging of our products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, improper handling/storage by the customer, or incorrect items ordered by mistake. All sales are final once an order is placed and delivered.

2. Exception for Damaged Products

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. We offer a refund only if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a refund under this exception:

  • Timeframe: You must notify us and submit your claim within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your delivery (as tracked/confirmed by the courier service). Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. How to File a Claim for Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Take Photos & Video: Capture clear photos and/or a short video showing the damaged outer box, the damaged product, and the shipping label.

  3. Include Details: Provide your Order Number, full name, contact information, and attached photo/video proof of the damage.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your damage report and inspect the evidence, we will notify you via call or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or transferred directly to your bank account / mobile wallet within 3 to 7 business days.

5. Non-refundable Items & Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or reported after the 3-day delivery window are strictly non-refundable.
