  • Misuse Disclaimer: The Company shall not be held liable for any skin irritation, bodily harm, property damage, or material breakdown resulting from product misuse, improper storage, unauthorized chemical mixing, or failure to perform a patch test where applicable.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment Terms

  • Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on www.microchimie.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable local taxes as specified at checkout.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and designated online payment methods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Obligations: Placing a COD order represents a commitment to accept and pay for the parcel upon arrival. Refusing legitimate COD deliveries without valid cause creates administrative and logistics expenses; repeated refusal may lead to permanent address blacklisting and account termination.

  • Order Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched on the following business day.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard courier delivery across Pakistan typically takes 5 to 7 business days following dispatch.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

  • Final Sale Policy: Due to hygiene, chemical stability, and safety standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders.

  • Damaged/Defective Goods Exception: If a product arrives damaged, you must report it within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the delivery with photo and video proof. Approved claims are eligible for refund or replacement. Full conditions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Cybercrime & Prohibited Website Uses

In compliance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) of Pakistan, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

  • To transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

Any unauthorized interference with our website infrastructure or fraudulent order generation will be immediately referred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cybercrime Wing for legal prosecution.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micro Chimie from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing Law & Severability

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
