Shipping policy

At Micro Chimie, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our dispatch schedules and delivery timeframes.

1. Order Dispatch & Cut-Off Times

We process orders promptly to ensure minimal delay in getting your products to you:

  • Orders Placed Before 6:00 PM: Your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders Placed After 6:00 PM: Your order will be dispatched on the following business day.

Note: Order dispatching operates Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility:

  • Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your package within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, peak shopping seasons, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your courier tracking details.

  • You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. Micro Chimie is not responsible for delayed deliveries or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Undelivered Packages / Failed Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or fail to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned parcels.
